The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Service Request for Quote (RFQ) for campground maintenance services at Tiber Reservoir. Tiber Reservoir is located approximately 20 miles Southwest of Chester, Montana. The Bureau of Reclamation requires continual maintenance of structures at Tiber Reservoir Recreation Area and the indoor janitorial services for the Tiber Field Office in order to provide clean and safe recreational areas for visitors. The structures include restroom facilities, parking area, fire rings, grills, picnic tables, and shade shelters and group use shelters. Additionally, litter removal, leaf cleanup and mowing are required. It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business using FAR Part 13 procedures. It is intended the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about March 15, 2024 via the SAM.gov website, for an anticipated base plus four (4) option periods. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The product service code is S208 and the NAICS code is 561730. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice. It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
