The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Service Request for Quote (RFQ) for campground maintenance services at Nelson Reservoir Recreation Areas. Nelson Reservoir main recreation area at Nelson Reservoir which is approximately 17 miles east and 2 miles north of Malta, Montana, near Sleeping Buffalo Resort; and one restroom 5 miles north on the county roadway between the two outlet works for Nelson Reservoir. The Bureau of Reclamation requires continual maintenance of many structures at Nelson Reservoir Recreation Area (Nelson) in order to provide a clean and safe recreational area for visitors. The structures include restroom facilities, fire rings, picnic tables, and shade shelters. Additionally, litter removal and mowing are required. It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business using FAR Part 13 procedures. It is intended the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about March 18, 2024 via the SAM.gov website, for an anticipated base plus four (4) option periods. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The product service code is S208 and the NAICS code is 561730. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice. It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
