This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS 562211 ¿ Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal, with a small business size standard of $47M. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 effective 01/22/24. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued. This requirement is to procure Sludge Management Services for the Leadville Mine Drainage Tunnel (LMDT) Water Treatment Plant, in Leadville, Colorado as prescribed by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Refer to the solicitation attachments for PWS, Price Schedule, Past Performance, Corporate Experience, and Wage Determination. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist by 21 February 2024. Any questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered. All quotations will be evaluated by corporate experience, technical capabilities, past performance, and cost/price. NOTE: All quotations MUST be submitted in one package.
