This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electric Signals, with a small business size standard of 700 employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial product is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-6 effective 12/04/23. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued. This requirement is to procure a Borescope Camera for the Eastern Colorado Area Offices (ECAO) in accordance with the salient characteristics. Refer to the combined synopsis/solicitation for price schedule, Clauses and Provisions, salient characteristics (Attch A). All correspondence regarding this combined synopsis/solicitation should reference RFQ No. 140R6024Q0021, Borescope in the subject line. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer at least 72 business hours prior to the closing date. Any questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered. Please read the enclosed clause FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items thoroughly for evaluation of quotations and award information. All quotations will be evaluated lowest price technically acceptable.
