This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 561720 Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $22M. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-4 effective 06/02/23. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued. This requirement is to provide Janitorial Services for the Pilot Butte Areas Office, Wyoming. as prescribed by the Performance Work Statement. Refer to the solicitation attachments for Price Schedule, Clauses and Provisions, detailed Performance Work Statement, Past Performance/Direct Experience Information Sheet, DOL Wage Determination and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer at least 72 business hours prior to the closing. Any questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered. All quotations will be evaluated by past performance, technical capabilities, direct experience, and cost/price. NOTE: All quotations MUST be submitted in one package -the past performance, technical package (Brochures, technical specifications, experience information) and the vendors information/pricing schedule.
