The purpose of this amendment (Amendment 2) is to extend the solicitation Response Due date, provide updated information to the Inventory List and Price Schedule in Attachment B (Price Schedule/Vendor Information), and to remove clause FAR 52.217-8 from the solicitation. Responses are due no later than 12:00 p.m. MDT / August 11, 2023. There are no change to the remaining requirements or attachments of the solicitation. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is Full and Open Competition using NAICS code 541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 effective 6/2/2023. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued. This requirement is to provide annual calibration and inspection services for tools and meters at the Mt. Elbert Powerplant, Twin Lakes, CO. Refer to the solicitation attachments for Price Schedule, Clauses and Provisions, detailed Performance Work Statement and DOL Wage Determination. All correspondence regarding this Solicitation should reference: RFQ No. 140R6023Q0061 - EC MTE Tool Calibration in the subject line. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist at least 96 business hours prior to the solicitation closing. Elbert Powerplant Tool Calibration Project. This notice is for the purpose of determining potential offerors, capability, and small business status to support the project.
