This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Agency number 140R6023Q0054 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. This solicitation is a Woman Owned Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The NAICS code for this order is 335313 Circuit breakers, power, manufacturing; PSC is 5925 Circuit breakers, with a business size standard of 1250 employees. Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) is seeking a bid solicitation from Contractors to supply the materials required to refurbish the Gray Reef power panel. The salient characteristic requirements are: 1. Breakers: All breakers are to be UL listed, 600 volt, 14 kIa interrupt, all breakers are unit mount, also known as surface mount. Manufacturer specifications must at a minimum meet the salient characteristics requirements.
