This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Agency number 140R6023Q0052 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
