This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 561720 Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $22M. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 effective 2/14/2023. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued. This requirement is to provide Janitorial Services for the Pueblo Dam Field office, Pueblo, CO. as prescribed by the Performance Work Statement. Refer to the solicitation attachments for Price Schedule, Clauses and Provisions, detailed Performance Work Statement, Past Performance/Direct Experience Information Sheet, DOL Wage Determination and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. All correspondence regarding this solicitation should reference: RFQ No. 140R6023Q0042 - Pueblo Janitorial Service in the subject line. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist at least 72 business hours prior to the closing. Any questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered. All quotations will be evaluated by past performance, technical capabilities, direct experience, and cost/price. This Request for Information is open to all interested small businesses. For the purpose of this inquiry, a small business is defined as a Small Business concern under NAICS Code 561720-Janitorial Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $22M. The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, has a requirement for janitorial services at the Pueblo Dam Office located in Pueblo, CO. The janitorial services shall be provided at the Pueblo Dam office in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The timely and accurate performance of these services must be recognized as a vital and mandatory requirement of this contract. The services shall be performed between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., Tuesdays and Fridays, holidays excepted. The performance tasks for the requirement can be found within the attached file. All submissions of information should contain the requested information identified within section VI. of the attached file.
