As part of the Bureau of Reclamation's information and planning purposes, the draft Specifications describe only the current contemplated salient characteristics and may vary in the final Specifications included in any Request for Quotation (RFQ). This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of the Bureau of Reclamation's market research. A Request for Quotation does not currently exist. The Bureau of Reclamation is not required to use SAM.gov for any resulting RFQ. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a Request for Quotation, make an award, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this Sources Sought.
