This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Agency number 140R6023Q0035 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. This solicitation is a total Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The NAICS code for this order is 321999 All Other Miscellaneous Wood Product Manufacturing; PSC is 5510 Lumber and Related Basic Wood Materials, with a business size standard of 500 employees. The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, Billings Montana, has a requirement for the supply and delivery to the Wyoming Area Office Warehouse of the materials required to repair the Pathfinder Dam elevated spillway wooden walkway. Materials required are listed below in Section 3. Required Technical Specifications include Douglas Fir boards from Pacific Coast or Northwest Forest (per historic requirements), Bolts, Washers, Nuts and Saw Blades. The salient characteristic requirements are: ¿ 3 EACH (EA) ¿ 4" x 12" x 10' S4S Douglas Fir boards from Pacific Coast or Northwest Forest (per historic requirements). ¿ 140 EA ¿ 3" x 12" x 24' S4S Douglas Fir boards from Pacific Coast or Northwest Forest (per historic requirements). ¿ 50 EA ¿ 3" x 6" x 24' S4S Douglas Fir boards from Pacific Coast or Northwest Forest (per historic requirements). ¿ 4 EA ¿7-1/4¿ 24-Tooth Framing Circular Saw Blades, or equal. ¿ 2 EA ¿10¿ 40-Tooth General Purpose Circular Saw Blades, or equal. ¿ 2 EA ¿10¿ 24-Tooth Ripping Circular Saw Blades, or equal. ¿ 2 EA ¿12¿ 80-Tooth Fine Finish Circular Saw Blades, or equal. ¿ 2,850 EA ¿ 1/2¿ x 4-1/2" Carriage Bolts - Hot Dipped Galvanized. ¿ 4 EA ¿ 1/2¿ Washers 25lb box (694pcs) ¿ Hot Dipped Galvanized. ¿ 2,800 EA ¿ 1/2" Hex Nuts - Hot Dipped Galvanized.
