This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Agency number 140R6023Q0003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. This solicitation is a Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The NAICS code for this order is 332410 Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing; PSC is 4420 Heat Exchangers and Steam Condensers, with a business size standard of 750 employees. This supply requirement is for the design, fabrication, and delivery for two (2) thrust bearing oil cooling coils to Canyon Ferry Power Plant, Helena, Lewis and Clark County, Montana. The new oil cooling coils are not required to be installed as part of this purchase order. Installation and acceptance testing will be performed by the Government. The new generator cooling coils shall be designed and fabricated to be a direct replacement for the existing 1953 General Electric cooling coils currently installed in the generators.
