This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R6022Q0061 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The required supplies must meet the following parameters as outlined in this combined synopsis/solicitation to be considered technically acceptable. Line Item 0010 - DC Switchboard Pow-R-Line C (Eaton Pow-Line - Name Brand or Equal) This procurement package is for a DC switchboard Pow-R-Line C (made by Eaton) or equal, self-contained ammeter, self-contained voltmeter, switches, breakers, devices compartment and main battery cable wiring box. The package must include: 1 ea. Eaton Pow-R-Line C, Switchboard (Name Brand or Equal) 600-amp CU Distribution Structure, ungrounded 1 ea. device compartment with hinge door located at the top of switchboard. Minimum 30" in height. Compartment suitable for field mounting additional terminal blocks, relays, etc. 1 ea. self-contained - DC panel Ammeter, Shunt Rated, 0-750 Adc; Mounted on device compartment door 1 ea. self-contained - DC panel Voltmeter, 0-150 Vdc; mounted on device compartment door 1 ea. device wiring compartment located at bottom of switchboard with bolt on removable cover. Provides access to main switch cables (from battery) through bottom entrance and the location to field mount DC shunt. 1 ea. Main molded case switch, 400 Adc, 2 poles, KD 400A Frame, suitable for250MCM conductors, Mechanical Bottom; must not automatically open for any current less than 4000A; KD400K or equal as manufactured by Eaton 2 ea. molded case switches, 225 Adc, 2 poles, FD 225A Frame, #4-4/0, bolt on to mainbus, must not automatically open for any current less than 2500A; JD2250K or equal as manufactured by Eaton 4 ea. distribution breakers, 225 Adc, 2 poles, FD 225 A Frame, Thermal magnetic, #4 -4/0, mechanical, bolt on type to main bus 4 ea. distribution breakers, 200 Adc, 2 poles, FD 225 A Frame, Thermal magnetic, #4 -4/0, mechanical, bolt on type to main bus Figures are provided on the attachment for understanding and anticipated arrangement and connection of the equipment. Submit all the switchboard and accessories specific information with quote. Provide manufacture catalog, datasheets, BOM, drawings as necessary to provide information detailing compliance with the requirements. If a vendor quotes for an equal DC switchboard, breakers and other accessories must fit the equal switchboard. Line Item 0010 - DC Switchboard Pow-R-Line C 1 each at $_________ = $_________ 1) Product Information must be included with the quote. 2) Delivery Date must be included with the quote. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following Factors shall be used to evaluate offers - Manufacturer Specifications, Delivery Date, and Price. Quotes are due Friday, September 16, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
