THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES. THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF AN UPCOMING SOLICITATION. The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, has a requirement to add a fully functional multi-split ductless air conditioning and heat pump with a capability of 5 Tons and/or 60,000 BTU's which will include 3 indoor units and 1 exterior unit to the Casper Control Center. The work site is at the Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, Mills Complex located approximately 3 miles west of Casper, Wyoming, in Natrona County. Physical address is 705 Pendell Boulevard, Mills, Wyoming. The principal features of work are as follows: Provide all necessary equipment, parts, and labor to install a multi-split ductless air condition and heat pump which will include 1 exterior and 3 interior units. Per FAR 52.223-15 Energy Efficiency in Energy-Consuming Products, only provide products that earn the ENERGY STAR Label and meet ENERGY STAR specifications. Electrical supply requirements and configuration. Supply electrical service to all units following manufactures recommendation, according to all applicable electrical codes. Insulated refrigeration lines. Solicitation packages will be available on or around August 3, 2020. Quotation should be received on or before September 3, 2020, by 4:00 p.m. MST; at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, Attn: Audrey Whetham, P.O. The small business size standard is 16.5 million. The estimated price range for this job is between $25,000 and $100,000.
