The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decision(s) and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811310 Commercial & Industrial Machinery & Equipment (except Automotive & Electronic) Repair & Maintenance. The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) is seeking a source to do routine maintenance and repair HVAC systems on the following units: 2 Bohn Units 3 Liebert Ceiling Units 1 Tran Unit located at 705 Pendell Street, Mills WY, 82644. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, supplies, equipment and supervision to maintain the HVAC for the Main Building. Please see attached SOW for pertinent information which details the Government s needs.
