The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, anticipates awarding a Purchase Order for sixty (60) Station Service Batteries, Chargers and Accessories. Description: Battery, flooded lead-acid, tubular positive plate construction, station service type, consisting of individually cased lead-selenium cells, rated at 125 Vdc, 475 amp-hours on an 8-hour discharge to 1.75 volts per cell basis at 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Installation and acceptance testing will be performed by the Government. It is critical that these items be delivered the week of November 2, 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 335911. The small business standard is 1,250 employees. This procurement is being advertised as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Solicitation 140R6020Q0028 is tentatively scheduled to be available on or about March 16, 2020 at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect and https://beta.sam.gov. Response dates for quotes is tentatively scheduled for April 16, 2020. Prospective contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the System for Award Management (SAM) database, accessed through https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM and must be actively registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
