The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Missouri Basin Region, Nebraska-Kansas Area Office (NKAO) intends to solicit quotations for the repair of approximately 3,700 linear feet and for the replacement of approximately 18,900 linear feet of wildlife friendly fence. The project will also include approximately 69,300 square feet of mechanical tree and brush removal. The location of work is at the Zuroske Wetland Mitigation Site (Parts of T15N, R6W, Sec. 6; T15N, R7W, Sec. 1; and T16N, R6W, Sec. 30 & 31) and at the Cunningham Wetland Mitigation Site. Both Mitigation Sites are located in Nance County Nebraska. The principal components of the work to be performed include the following tasks: Remove existing fence; Remove brush and existing woody debris along boundaries; Provide and install boundary fence as specified in the requirements package. Pursuant to Part 13 and Part 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around March 16, 2020. The RFQ will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. Reclamation will issue RFQ Number 140R6020Q0026 via https://www.fbo.gov, at the link provided in this notice. Interested vendors may also check https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm. Quotes will be due on or around April 15, 2020 at Reclamation¿s Missouri Basin Regional Office, 2021 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. The estimated price range of this acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ under the total small business set-aside program. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 Million. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites after March 16, 2020. The Government anticipates award of this procurement on or around April 30, 2020. The successful contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed and complete the entire work ready for use within 120 calendar days. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. SAM is a federal government owned and operated free website, which consolidated the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). IPP: The successful contractor shall electronically submit all payment requests for the anticipated purchase order through the U.S. Department of the Treasury¿s Internet Payment Platform System (IPP). If the contractor is unable to comply with the requirement to use IPP for submitting invoices for payment, the contractor must submit a waiver request in writing to the Contracting Officer with its proposal or quotation.
