The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a follow-on, firm-fixed-price lease contract for two prefabricated mobile structures to support the Security Response Force Training Center near Coulee Dam, Okanogan County, Washington. The requirement includes one 28' x 64' double-wide mobile classroom/training structure and one 12' x 56' mobile administrative office trailer. The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, and materials for turnkey delivery, setup, maintenance, and removal, including electrical/HVAC systems, data connectivity, anchoring, and structural upkeep. The lease period of performance is up to five years, with structure delivery preferred on or before October 1, 2026.
