The U.S. Department of the Interior intends to award a single-source, five-year blanket purchase agreement to Warm Springs Irrigation and Power Company to deliver 105.315 water shares annually to the Utah Lake Wetland Preserve. The work will be performed on lands located southwest of Provo City in Utah County, Utah. The justification for the single-source award is that only this company owns and can distribute the required water on the administered lands. The government intends to award this agreement during Fiscal Year 2026. This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent, not a request for proposals.
