This requirement is being procured... SYNOPSIS: The U. S. Bureau of Reclamation, Flaming Gorge Field Division is seeking a contractor to replace 15 windows And 2 door at the Flaming Gorge Visitor center. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 36- Acquisition of Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts in conjunction with Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as a 100% small business set aside. The BOR intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the formal solicitation number 140R4024Q0050 is anticipated for July of 2024. The 15 windows and 2 doors need to be replaced with new energy efficient windows. The period of construction shall be between Oct 1, 2024, and April 1,2025. Flaming Gorge Visitor Center Building, 5995 Flaming Gorge Visitor, Dutch John, Ut 84023 located 45 miles NE of Vernal, Ut off Hwy 191. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS & SIZE STANDARD: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238150 Window and Glazing Contractors, with a small business size standard of no more than $19.0million. The product service (PSC) code is Z1AZ.
