This combined Synopsis / Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 561621 Security Systems Services (Except Locksmiths), with a small business size standard of $25.0M. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04 effective 5/01/2024. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued. This requirement is to procure alarm monitoring services for the Western Colorado Area Office in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment A. Refer to the solicitation attachments for Price Schedule, Clauses/Provisions, detailed SOW, Past Performance/Direct Experience information Sheet, and Wage Determination. All correspondence regarding this solicitation should reference: RFQ 140R4024Q0046, N Facilities Alarm Monitoring Services in the subject line. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer at least 72 business hours prior to the closing date. Any questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered.
