The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is requesting information from interested parties on an Environmental and Cultural Resources Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be made under NAICS 541620, Environmental Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $19 Million. It is anticipated that this will be Multiple Award IDIQ with a ceiling of $50 Million. It is anticipated that task orders will be between $2,500 and $8,000,000.00. The period of performance for the IDIQ is expected to be five years from the date of award. This Request for Information (RFI) is interested in assessing the capabilities of potential vendors and determining potential set asides. Potential set asides include, but are not limited to: Woman-Owned, HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged, Economically-Disadvantaged, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises. Reclamation is requesting that vendors who are interested respond to this request for information with the following items: 1. Provide feedback on the draft scope of work, proposed labor categories, other direct costs that could be encountered as well as potential cost reimbursable items that could be encountered in performance of these services. 2. Provide affirmative response that the vendor will be able to provide the required services in the geographical areas which include the states of: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. 3. Provide the vendor company information, contact information, Unique Entity Identifier Number (UEI), Capabilities statements, and any experience in performing these services that is relevant to this RFI, and any set-asides the vendor is eligible for and certified for in SAM.gov 4. Answer if there are any laws or regulations that would prevent your company from performing any tasks in the required geographical area or in the scope of work. 5. Suggest any labor categories, other direct costs, materials costs, or other reimbursable items that should be added to the scope of work and to the potential estimating worksheets. 6. Provide any comments, suggestions, or feedback with could improve the draft statement of work. This request for information is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the submission of contractor's information. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for proprietary information not properly identified. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Responses to this request for information will not be returned and electronic submission via email is required. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government or form a binding contract.
