The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, has a requirement for support and maintenance of the existing Colorado River Storage Project (CRSP) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as a total small business set aside. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes providing qualified personnel to support various engineering services, including, but not limited to, consulting, design, inspection, preparing reports, making investigations and recommendations, and onsite service for repairs, maintenance, and training in support of the legacy XA/21 CRSP SCADA System. Specialized knowledge of the XA21 system is required. DOCUMENT SECURITY: Please note the performance work statement (PWS) for this solicitation is considered for official use only and will not be published online with the solicitation. Any interested vendors will be required to complete a non-disclosure agreement, which will be included with the solicitation, prior to receiving the PWS via a secured format. Instructions for this process will be included with the solicitation. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract is anticipated to include a base plus three option years as follows: Base Year: September 2023-September 2024 Option Year 1: September 2024-September 2025 Option Year 2: September 2025-September 2026 Option Year 3: September 2026-September 2027 NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 541519 with a small business size standard of $34 million. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the final and formal solicitation number 140R4023Q0101 is anticipated to be August 2023.
