Flaming Gorge Field Division 2023 Refuse Collection Services SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Upper Colorado Region (UCR) has a requirement for Refuse Collection at the Flaming Gorge Field Division (FGFD). This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12¿ Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with Part 13¿ Simplified Acquisition, as a 100% small business set aside. The BOR intends to issue a competitive base year with four option years solicitation for this requirement. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the formal solicitation number 140R4023Q0052 is anticipated for Mid-May of 2023. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor this announcement for updates and the release of the solicitation documents. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the SAM.GOV website, www.sam.gov. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the SAM.GOV website for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Bureau of Reclamation¿s Flaming Gorge Field Division (FGFD) requires one 30 yard roll-off dumpster to provide refuse collection for the Powerplant, Warehouse, Carpenter Shop, and the surrounding areas within the FGFD. The dumpster will be located at the warehouse, the Contractor shall collect the dumpster once a month and replace it with an empty 30 yard roll-off dumpster. NAICS & SIZE STANDARD: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562111- Solid Waste Collection, with a small business size standard of $47.0M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S205. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: The System for Award Management (SAM) is a Federal Government owned-and-operated FREE web site that consolidates the capabilities in Central Contractor Registration (CCR)/Federal Register (FedReg), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). Offerors must be successfully registered and maintain an active registration in the SAM database, found at http://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for a Government contract award. Prospective offerors must also be listed under the requested NAICS code 562111- Solid Waste Collection in the ORCA section of the SAM registry, to qualify for this procurement.
