PURPOSE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Procure Janitorial services that are required weekly for basic cleaning services at our field office trailer. The trailer is located off road in a standalone remote location and is surrounded by a chain link fence perimeter. There is gravel present in some areas, but it is mostly dirt. During the wet season, it is expected to be muddy. The trailer currently does not have a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. The office building totals approximately 1,440 sq/ft and consists of Office areas, Break Room/Conference Room, Work Areas, and Bathrooms. LOCATION: The project is in our Four Corners Construction Office located at RA36, Yatahey Loop, Yatahey, New Mexico 87301 (9 miles North of Gallup, NM). NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 561720 with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. COMPETITION: This requirement is being procured in accordance with Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as a small business set-aside. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. A free, electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY March 15, 2023, at https://sam.gov/content/home. Once logged in, simply type in the Solicitation Number "140R4023Q0030" in the Keyword / Solicitation # field. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM, www.sam.gov): Offerors must be successfully registered and active in SAM to be considered for a government contract award.
