The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) has a requirement for new station service switchgear, relays, switchboards, power generators, etc. for the Flaming Gorge and Fontenelle Power Plants located in northeastern Utah and southwestern Wyoming. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 36- Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts in conjunction with Part 15- Contracting by Negotiation, as a total small business set aside. Contract will require payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract price. Offerors must have sufficient bonding capacity. The BOR intends to issue a competitive firm fixed price construction solicitation for this requirement.
