The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Glen Canyon Dam Field Division has a requirement to purchase Quarterly Inspections and replenishing of First Aid supplies. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as a 100% small business set aside. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities will include inspection of all medical products to include but not limited to making sure the expiration date has not passed and will not pass before next scheduled inspection, replenishing and serviceability of 30 first aid kits, 15 trauma kits and 6 respirator kits, 22 vehicle fleet first aid kits in multiple locations of the Glen Canyon Dam Field Division. The contractor will be required to complete Inspections by the end of the second week of each quarter. See the solicitation for further details. This will be awarded as an Option Contract with a Base year and four Option years with a possible 6 month extension. Base Year: Provide quarterly inspections and replenishing of all Medical kits in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance 10/1/2022 to 09/30/2023. Option Year One: Provide quarterly inspections and replenishing of all Medical kits in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance 10/1/2023 to 09/30/2024. Option Year Two: Provide quarterly inspections and replenishing of all Medical kits in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance 10/1/2024 to 09/30/2025. Option Year Three: Provide quarterly inspections and replenishing of all Medical kits in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance 10/1/2025 to 09/30/2026. Option year Four: Provide quarterly inspections and replenishing of all Medical kits in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance 10/1/2026 to 09/30/2027.``````` Six Month Extension: Provide quarterly inspection and replenishing of all Medical kits in accordance with the Statement of Work.
