THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SNYOPSIS The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region is seeking qualified vendors for the purchase of DC Ramp Test set as outlined below. Interested and qualified parties are to submit their information to Connor Roach via email croach@usbr.gov before the close of the business on 27th August 2022. Performance Specifications: The purpose of the DC Ramp Test-set is to identify problems in the stator groundwall insulation system of large AC electric machines before an unexpected in-service failure occurs. Unlike the pass or fail of a DC or AC hi-pot test, the DC ramp test gives diagnostic information and often can be stopped by the operator before a failure occurs. DC Ramp Test-set shall: o Automatically ramp voltage from 0 to pre-selected voltage o Allow manual user-selected voltage control in the range from 0 to 60kV o Have built-in safe winging discharge circuit o USB connection to PC to display results as the test progresses o Examination of the current versus the voltage allows manual stoppage before failure of insulation o And offer automatic calculation of Polarization Index (PI) Technical Specifications: Model # DCR60 Power Supply 85-264 V AC, 2A, 50/60 Hz Output Voltage and Metering 0 to 60 kV DC, negative polarity Ramp Rate 0 to 2.5 kV/min (continuously adjustable) Output Current 1.0 mA max Current Metering 0-1/2.5/5/10/25/50/100/250¿A PC USB Interface; Windows 7 Operating Temperature to +104°F); Storage: -25° to +60°C (-13° to +140°F) Dimensions Control Unit: 42 x 40 x 19.5 cm (17¿ x 16¿ x 8¿) HV Module: 55 x 53 x 42cm (32¿ x 21¿ x 12¿) Weight Control Unit: 9.5 kg (21 lb) HV Unit: 15 kg (33 lb) Standards Compliant with IEEE Standard 95-2002 Compliance EN61326 for EMC Bureau of Reclamation Report REC-ERC-78-7
