Pursuant to 13.106-1(b), the Bureau of Reclamation intends to solicit from a single source (Globex Corporation) for a follow-on testing component contract for load test weights and hoist rigging that were designed, engineered, and fabricated for the crane modernization contract. These load test weights and hoist rigging are needed by the government for continued testing of the cranes involved in the modernization contract. The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals. Any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the basis of determining whether a competitive procurement can be conducted. Interested parties may submit a description of their capabilities and any other information that demonstrates their ability to successfully meet this requirement. The responses must be received by August 4, 2022 at 3:00 PM (Mountain Time). All questions concerning this notice should be addressed directly to Dwane D. Esplin at desplin@usbr.gov.
