The vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to pump and dispose of waste for the portable restrooms on a weekly basis. The portable restrooms are small trailer mounted mobile one-stall units. Each unit has a waste tank with approximately 450-gallon capacity. This will be awarded as a firm fixed priced option contract with a base year and 4 option Years. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as a Small Business Set Aside. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement.
