Billboard Advertising Highway 89, Bitter Springs, Arizona Highway 160, Kayenta, Arizona Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The USBR, Upper Colorado Region, Glen Canyon Field Division intends to award a sole source purchase order to D&B Signs, LLC. D&B Signs, LLC will provide Vinyl Creative, Production/Installation and 60 month rental of two Billboards located at HWY 89, Bitter Springs, AZ and HWY 160 West of Kayenta, AZ. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is April 23, 2020. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is April 21, 20202 at 3:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST). A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
