This is a pre-solicitation notice for the replacement and repair of concrete canal panels for the MOD, MODE, and US Bypass Canals located in Yuma, Arizona. The project is a 100% HUBZone Set-Aside with an estimated budget between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about January 23, 2026, and will be available only on the beta.SAM.gov website. The Government contemplates awarding one firm-fixed price contract for this construction project. All proposals must be submitted electronically.
