Reclamation’s Lower Colorado Basin MSCP seeks a small-business contractor to replace two existing HVAC systems on two single-story bunk houses at the remote Planet Ranch Conservation Area outside Parker, Arizona, along the Bill Williams River. The site is accessed by an unpaved, sometimes primitive road that may be affected by weather, and contractors may optionally stay in the existing bunk houses; government-furnished heavy equipment, including a telehandler, will be available for removing the roof-mounted HVAC units. This is a 100% small-business set-aside under NAICS 238220 with a $19M size standard, and the estimated construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $200,000. The Government contemplates one firm-fixed-price purchase order under FAR Parts 36 and 13, and a site visit is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at 10:30 p.m. Arizona Time.
