This is NOT a request for proposals and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This information presented in this announcement will not obligate the Bureau of Reclamation in any manner. All businesses, regardless of size, capable of and interested in performing the proposed project may submit capability statements for consideration. Based upon response to this announcement and capability statements, the Government may determine to set this acquisition aside, proceed with an unrestricted solicitation or decide on an alternate procurement strategy. Information provided in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to these sources sought notice. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,200 employees. The government is looking to potentially award multiple Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. Proposed Project: The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Lower Colorado Region, requires the lease of Argon, Refrigerated Liquid, tanks. These tanks are to be delivered to the Yuma Area Office (YAO), Analytical Lab (the lab) location, where the tanks will be stored. Empty tanks are to be picked up by the vendor during the delivery of new tank orders. Delivery personnel shall retrieve the empty tanks from the lab and deliver the new tanks to the same location. The specifications for the required Argon are as follows: Specialty Lab Gas Supply Specifications: Gas Type: Argon, Refrigerated Liquid Grade: Ultra-High Purity Minimum Purity: 99.999% O2: 3 H2O: 3 THC (as CH4):0.5 Cylinder Size (liter): 230 Cylinder Pressure (PSIG): 350 Valve Connection CGA: Dual 580 & 295 Re-supply need: Two (2) tanks per month Deliveries are to the Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Analytical Lab, at: 7301 South Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, AZ 85364.
