Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Motor Control Centers (MCC's) The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin (LCB), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a non-competitive basis to E&I Sales Co, 4825 N. Mingo Rd. Tulsa, OK 74117. The Yuma Area Office (YAO) has a requirement for four Square D Model 6 Motor Control Centers by Schneider for the 242 Half Wells project. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authorities of FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1(c). Schneider is a brand currently being utilized for well pumps within the 242 half wells expansion project. The Square D MCC's are consistent with what is currently in place for this project. E&I Sales is currently in possession of the final drawings and is the only source able to submit for the manufacturing of the MCC's and subsequent integration. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 335314, Relay and Industrial Control Manufacturing with a corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees. The justification and Approval for using noncompetitive procedures will be posted after award is made. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only.
