This is a special notice to inform the Bureau of Reclamation issued purchase order number 140R3023P0037 to EMS SERVICES, LLC on August 7, 2023 for $1,944,480.00 under FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency conditions. Delaying the solicitation and purchase order award would have resulted in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC) is attached.
