PRESOLICITATION NOTICE SQUARE D MODEL 6 MOTOR CONTROL CENTERS This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your quote will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about March 24, 2023, posted to the SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Region 8 Lower Colorado Basin along with the Yuma Area Office has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of Schneider Square D Model 6 Motor Control Center (MCC), Modules and Display Panels for MCC to be delivered to the Yuma Area Office, Yuma AZ, 85364. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 335314, Relay and Industrial Control Manufacturing with a corresponding small business size standard of 750 Employees. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government contemplates award of one firm fixed price contract. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through SAM.gov. All quotes, and other normal documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the quote, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for the quote documents will not be allowed. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted.
