The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin, (LCB), Yuma Area Office (YAO), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a non-competitive basis, to Foremost Industries, LP, 1225 64th Ave N.E., Calgary, Alberta, Canada T2E8P9; pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)- Only One Responsible Source. This purchase is for a DR-24HD Dual Rotary (DR) Drill Rig. The DR Drill Rig is capable of performing under most conditions found in the geological formations that are encountered in the Yuma area, i.e., unconsolidated material such as dirt, gravel, clay, sand, etc., and is recommended by the American Ground Water for this type of materials.
