LCB Civil Site Work Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for the states of Arizona, California, and Nevada NAICS: 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction PSC: Y1LB, Construction of Highway, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways The Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 8: Lower Colorado Basin has a requirement for civil site work. The work consists of asphalt and concrete paving, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, ABAAS compliant pedestrian ramps, and retaining walls, apply striping for roads and parking lots, demolition of concrete work, install guard railings and bull noses, joint sealants for bridge joints, repair/clean bridge decking, demolish and dispose removed materials, install drainage culverts, install new concrete slabs, headwalls, culvert pipe and structures. The anticipated project work sites are located within the Interior Region 8: Lower Colorado to include, Nevada, California, and Arizona. The majority of the work sites will be in Boulder City, NV, Yuma, AZ and Glendale, AZ. The basic contract is anticipated as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Government intends to make three (3) awards under this Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation, but reserves the right to award more, less, or none at all. This acquisition will be pursued in accordance with FAR Part 15 and in accordance with the source selection evaluation criteria included in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made using the Trade-off source selection process. A site visit is tentatively scheduled on July 29, 2021; however, please refer to the solicitation for official details when posted. It is anticipated that the solicitation, in the form of an RFP, will be issued on or about July 16, 2021. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The solicitation will only be issued electronically via www.SAM.gov. All parties are responsible for checking the SAM website to ensure that they have the most current information. All dates in this announcement are estimates and are subject to change. The solicitation once issued will contain instructions for submitting questions. No questions regarding this acquisition will be accepted or addressed/answered prior to the formal solicitation issuance.
