This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2 and FAR 15.101, Best Value Continuum. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated magnitude of this order will range between $25,000.00 and $150,000.00. The Government intends to award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract from this solicitation.
