Quoters may submit written questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements. All questions shall be received no later the 2:00 PM Pacific Time, September 30, 2020. ONLY WRITTEN QUESTIONS WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE. All questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Kathy Berry at kberry@usbr.gov. Answers will be provided to only the questions submitted in writing, and all answers will be provided in an amendment through the Beta sam website at www.beta.sam.gov. The Government is not obligated to acknowledge receipt of or provide response to questions submitted after the question cut-off date and time identified in this paragraph.
