Vendors shall acknowledge all amendments when submitting offers. 140R3020Q0004 - Cook's Lake Conservation Area Perimeter Maintenance Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, except to facilitate the submission of electronic quotes through FedBizOpps. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. 140R3020Q0004) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2019-02, effective May 6, 2019. (vii) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items - addendum replaces the term ¿offer¿ with ¿quote¿ within the provision at 52.212-1. In addition to the requirements of the Instructions to Offerors - Competitive Acquisitions provision of this solicitation, each quoter shall submit a quote in accordance with the instructions contained in this provision. (A) GENERAL QUOTATION INSTRUCTIONS (1) Vendor shall submit completed Vendor Quote Sheet. (2) Vendor shall submit a firm-fixed price quote for Line items 0001, 0003, 0005, 0007 and 0009 for the regularly scheduled work to be performed. (3) Vendor shall submit a quote for Line items 0002, 0004, 0006, 0008 and 0010 for the labor and expenses per linear square foot to perform the emergency work to be performed. (4) Quote shall include all the costs to complete the requirements in the Performance Work Statement. (5) Vendor shall acknowledge all amendments on signed SF 18.
