Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 140R3019Q0126 On-Site Generated Mixed Oxidant System (OSGMOS) (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, except to facilitate the submission of electronic quotes through FedBizOpps. (ii)To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. 140R3019Q0126) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii)This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2019-01, dated 01/22/2019. (iv) This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 333318, Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, the small business size standard for NAICS code 333318 is 1,000 employees. (v)The Statement of Work provides more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. (All attachments may also be found at www.fedconnect.net, by searching for the RFQ number 140R3019Q0126, using the reference number search criteria, under "Search Public Opportunities Only"). (vi)The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to purchase two On-Site Generated Mixed Oxidant System (OSGMOS). Information about the requirement and the Statement of Work is attached to the RFQ. (viii)FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items - addendum replaces the term "offer" with "quote" within the provision at 52.212-1. (ix) Determination of award will be based on the lowest-priced acceptable quote from a responsive responsible offeror.
