Amendment 01 is to post the Questions and Answers, and change the delivery date from 5/31/2019 to 30 days After Receipt of Award. *All Offers Must Acknowledge Amendment 01 on Said Offer* Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 140R3019Q0041 Purchase Anchor, Buoys and Accessories (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, except to facilitate the submission of electronic quotes through FedBizOpps. (ii)To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. 140R3019Q0041) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii)This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-95, dated 01/19/2017. (iv)This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 332313, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, the small business size standard for NAICS Code 332313 is 750 employees. (v)The Statement of Work provides more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. (All attachments may also be found at www.fedconnect.net, by searching for the RFQ number 140R3019Q0041, using the reference number search criteria, under "Search Public Opportunities Only"). (vi)The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to purchase anchors, buoys, and accessories. Information about the requirement and the Statement of Work is attached to the RFQ. (viii)FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items - addendum replaces the term "offer" with "quote" within the provision at 52.212-1. In addition to the requirements of the Instructions to Offerors - Competitive Acquisitions provision of this solicitation, each quoter shall submit a quote in accordance with the instructions contained in this provision. (A) GENERAL QUOTATION INSTRUCTIONS (1) Vendor shall submit a firm-fixed price quote for Line items 0010 - 0070 on attached Vendor Quote Spreadsheet. (2) Quote shall include all the costs to complete the requirements in the Statement of Work. Award will be based upon Best Value taking into consideration technical capability (ability to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW), and price.
