Amendment 1 is in response to questions submitted by interested vendors in regards to solicitation 140R3019Q0006. By issuance of this amendment, the number of hours of the generators will be added to the solicitation, the price schedule will be added, and quote due date will be extended an additional to Tuesday February 26, 2019 5:00 PM PST. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R3019Q0006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 (iv) This is available for full and open competition. Applicable NAICS is 811310 with an associated small business size standard of $7.5 Million. (v) CLIN 0010 ¿ Maintenance service Plan for 12 months. Quarterly Level I Inspections Annual Level II Inspection (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Lower Colorado Dams Office, requires a contractor to perform generator maintenance on a quarterly and annual basis. In addition to quarterly and annual inspections may require repairs on the generators located throughout the Hoover Dam. (vii) In accordance with Performance Works Statement - Attachment 1.
