This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (Hubzone, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Veteran Owned Small Business or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) capable of meeting the Governments requirement. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals or quotes. No award will be made as a result of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the respondents to this notice. The notice is for research and information purposes only. The Department of the Interior, Interior Region 10 - California Great Basin Office at 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA is seeking information concerning possible sources for Operations & Maintenance Support Services as directed by the Government at the Tracy Fish Collecting Facility, Delta Cross Channel Facilities, and Fish Release Sites. The work will consist of, but not be limited to, emergency repairs and maintenance activities on the above-mentioned facilities and any associated feature such as roads, fences, drainage channels, pumps, signs, gates, bridges, building and all associated mechanical and electrical equipment. This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified small businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition, including whether a small business social-economic set-aside is possible. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561210 and the associated small business size standard is $47M. All businesses with the capability and availability to perform the services under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice. The information requested is: 1. Company name, address, DUNS number, and point of contact name and email address. 2. Business size and small business size classification if applicable (e.g. 8(a), HubZone, Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, etc.). 3. Information that would demonstrate that your business has the capability and resources to meet the specifications of the requirement as described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. 4. Your intent to submit a quote if a solicitation is issued. All responses to this Sources Sought notice shall be submitted electronically (via email) to Joe Molina at joemolina@usbr.gov no later than Friday, July 11, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. PDT.
