This sources sought notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, it does not constitute as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking an interested vendor who can provide calibration services for tools and equipment at the Folsom Dam and New Melones Dam as indicated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The resultant purchase order will be issued as a firm-fixed price. The services must be completed at Folsom Dam or New Melones Dam located in Sacramento County. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 with size standard $34.0M. Firms interested in being considered for these services should submit a capability statement and provide evidence in sufficient detail that demonstrates the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. Respondents should include previous experience of the same or similar scope, capability level (as a prime or subcontractor), personnel qualifications, and the firm's business size status and classification in their response (small business or other than small business, 8(a), HUBZONE, woman owned, small-disadvantaged business, veteran owned, etc.) Responses due date: Friday, May 16, 2025, at 1:00pm Pacific Time.
