Monitoring Juvenile Anadromous O. mykiss in the Lower San Joaquin and Stanislaus River The need for this project is to collect data necessary on the Stanislaus River to inform real time operations and improve our methods for collecting status and trend monitoring on Central Valley steelhead populations. Doing so will enable Reclamation to minimize potential impacts of CVP operations on O. mykiss population dynamics and the expression of anadromy in this species while also maximizing water delivery and hydropower. Solicitation number 140R2025Q0034 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR parts 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for services represented in the Performance Work Statement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541690 and the size standard is 19 million dollars. The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package.
