(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2025Q002 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 324110 with an associated small business size standard of 1,500 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please complete the price schedule for each line item. An Excel document is provided. (vi) The contractor shall provide Unleaded Gasoline and Low Sulfur Clear Diesel to New Melones Recreation Resources Office, Maintenance Yard, Sonora California in accordance with the Specifications document that is included in the solicitation package. (vii) The period of performance is listed in the Price Schedule. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the capability statement, price schedule and any past performance information the vendor would like to submit for fuel delivery services. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on Price and Past Performance. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There are not any addenda to this clause. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
