The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the quote due date by one (1) week to April 1, 2025. Endeavor Boat Repairs & Modifications: (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2025Q0007 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 336611 and the size standard is 1300 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please complete the price schedule for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall perform repairs and modification to RV Endeavor Vessel. These repairs and modification shall include hull repair & painting, replacing propellers, fabricating and installing a new ladder for Aft deck and Roof access, install 4 gas shocks/ actuators for safer lifting, hydraulic and pump repairs, engine and exhaust repairs, replacement of all windows and gaskets, install new navigation electronics and cameras, move forward cabin stairs aft, add shelving to forward cabin, and install a new salon sliding door. (vii) Period of performance: 90 days after receipt of award. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the price schedule, capability statement, and past performance. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, does apply to this acquisition. Award will be based on technical, price, and past performance. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There are not any addenda to this clause. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The applicable clauses cited within this clause are indicated in the solicitation package. (xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are included in the attached solicitation package.
